  3. Letter on Trans Rights to HHS

    Reconstructing Judaism and the Reconstructionist Rabbinical Association were among sixteen national Jewish organizations authoring a joint letter to the Department of Health and Human Services, expressing opposition to a restrictive legal definition of sex that would effectively define out of existence the gender identities of millions of people.
