    Reconstructionist institutions signed onto this interfaith Amicus Curiae brief to the 9th Circuit opposing the Executive Order travel ban of March 6, 2017. In this brief, over 50 faith-based organizations united to speak with one voice against the imposition of barriers to entering this country that are based solely on ethnicity, nationality, or religion, as well as the suspension and reduction of the United States Refugee Assistance Program.
