Amicus Brief Opposing Forcing States to Fund Religious Education
Reconstructing Judaism joined an amicus curiae brief to the Montana Supreme Court in the case of Espinoza v. Montana Department of Revenue. The brief argues against forcing states to fund religious education in violation of state constitutional provisions that are designed to protect the independence of religious groups.
